🧘‍♀️ Nighttime Stretching Routine (5 Minutes)


1. Calf Stretch (Gastrocnemius)

  • Hold the position for 30 seconds per leg.


2. Soleus Stretch (Lower Calf)

  • Hold the position for 30 seconds per leg.


3. Knee to Chest + Deep Breathing

  • Perform for 1 minute total.

  • Focus on slow, deep breaths.


🥤 Nighttime Ketogenic Electrolyte Drink (Sugar-Free)


Ingredients:

  • 1 glass of filtered water (250 ml)

  • 1 teaspoon of organic apple cider vinegar (optional)

  • Juice of 1/4 lemon

  • 1/4 teaspoon magnesium citrate powder (glycinate form)

Preparation:

  • Mix all ingredients in the glass.

  • Sip slowly before bed.
