1. Calf Stretch (Gastrocnemius)

3. Knee to Chest + Deep Breathing

  • Perform for 1 minute total.

  • Focus on slow, deep breaths.


🥤 Nighttime Ketogenic Electrolyte Drink (Sugar-Free)


Ingredients:

  • 1 glass of filtered water (250 ml)

  • 1 teaspoon of organic apple cider vinegar (optional)

  • Juice of 1/4 lemon
